The undersigned acknowledges that neither Esmeralda Enrique nor the Academy of Spanish Dance nor its representatives shall be held responsible for any injury, accident, or claim for damages arising from any accient or injury which are caused by or arise from participation of the student during any program, class, performance, or rehearsal in any facility or in any location where the above named is located or paritipating. The Academy of Spanish Dance reserves the right to use any photos, video footage or the like for publicity and marketing. The student acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
