The undersigned acknowledges that neither Esmeralda Enrique Spanish Dance Company and Academy of Spanish Dance nor its representatives shall be held responsible for any injury, accident, or claim for damages arising from any accident or injury which are caused by or arise from participation in any program, class, performance, or rehearsal in any facility or in any location where the above named is located or participating. The Esmeralda Enrique Spanish Dance Company and Academy of Spanish Dance reserve the right to use any photos, video footage or the like for publicity and marketing. The student acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
